I. Product Overview:
The D343H multi-layer metal hard-seal butterfly valve is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤425℃, serving to regulate flow and cut off fluid. The disc of the multi-layer hard-seal butterfly valve is installed along the diameter direction of the pipeline. Inside the cylindrical channel of the valve body, the disc rotates around its axis within an angle range of 0° to 90°. When rotated to 90°, the valve is in the fully open state. The multi-layer hard-seal butterfly valve adopts an eccentric metal seal structure, with sealing forms including metal-to-metal seal, replaceable metal seal ring against metal seal, and stainless steel plate and graphite composite plate seal ring against metal seal. In addition to electric drive, the driving forms of the hard-seal butterfly valve also include manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, etc.
II. Product Features:
1. The metal hard-seal butterfly valve adopts a triple-eccentric seal structure, with almost no wear between the valve seat and the disc, and has a tighter sealing function as it is used more.
2. The seal ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. It has excellent sealing performance under both low and high temperatures, and features corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the disc is surfaced with cobalt-based hard alloy, making the sealing surface wear-resistant and extending the service life.
4. For large-size discs, a truss structure is adopted, which has high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
5. The metal hard-seal butterfly valve has a bidirectional sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation, nor affected by the spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.
6. The driving device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated by 90° or 180°), which is convenient for users.
